The most important resource that a church can provide is its people. They love, encourage, teach, counsel, labor together, and do many other things. People disciple people. People help each other.
Ephesians 4:11-13 explains that God puts a church together and gives them resources.
He gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ.
People are called to be disciples, pastors, and teachers. People write books and training materials. People exhort and encourage. People produce the content that informs and helps others.
MBBC has a team of people called by God that have produced many resources for spiritual growth. From teachers for small groups, the Fayetteville Christian School, and the Ambassador Bible Institute to mentors, from publishers for printed and digital materials to media experts and facility maintenance, MBBC is a resource center for those desiring to mature in the Lord.
